A classic business-to-business company, Outreach Services facilitates the hospital "revenue cycle", selling to hospital financial officers and their staffs. The company is also an upstart, breaking into a market dominated by larger competitors. So we began with company rebranding, taking command of the category with a little humor, calling ourselves "The Revenue Cyclists" and handing out bicycle-themed merchandise at trade shows. Meanwhile, advertising in magazines, websites and direct mail drove traffic to a richly informative site. After gaining market share, Outreach Services now leads in its key markets.
